Bookings made with Zenchef
The site uses the Zenchef booking module. When you make a booking, the information you provide is transmitted to the restaurant and processed using Zenchef's technical services.
This information is used to manage bookings, availability, confirmations, reminders, modifications, cancellations and, more generally, the customer relationship.
The specific conditions displayed in the Zenchef module, particularly those relating to a possible bank hold, prepayment, or cancellation policy, apply when they are offered at the time of booking.
Data recipients
Within the scope of their responsibilities and as necessary, data may be accessible:
- to authorised persons within L'Almanach Montmartre; ;
- to Zenchef for taking and managing reservations; ;
- to Infomaniak for the hosting and technical operation of the website; ;
- to technical service providers, consultants or authorised authorities, when necessary or legally required.
Data transfers
Some technical providers may process data from countries outside the European Economic Area. When such transfers occur, they must be governed by the safeguards provided for by the applicable regulations.
Shelf lives
The data is kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal obligations and applicable statutes of limitation.
- booking data is kept for the duration necessary for managing the booking and customer relationship, and may then be subject to limited archiving; ;
- requests received by email are kept for as long as necessary for their processing and follow-up; ;
- accounting or supporting documents are kept for the periods imposed by regulations ;
- data from measurement and advertising tools are kept in accordance with the selected settings, user choices and the periods applied by the relevant providers; ;
- The data necessary for security may be retained for a period proportionate to the prevention and treatment of incidents.
Security
HORIZON and its service providers implement technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
As no computer system is entirely risk-free, users are asked to only communicate information strictly necessary for their request.

- Zenchef for the booking module ;
